Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing or using thepinkpostcommunity.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Website.

The Pink Post Community, LLC operates this Website independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mary Kay Inc. or any other mentioned businesses.

All material and designs are Copyright 2021 The Pink Post Community, LLC. All rights are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to redistribute, copy, or republish any material contained on this Website or its subsidiaries, or the copyrighted property of parties from whom The Pink Post Community has licensed such property.
 

2. Membership

The Pink Post Community offers a membership granting access to a content library. Members choose from monthly or yearly subscription options. Three membership tiers are available:

  • Starter Access: Monthly content calendar and posts, limited library access.

  • Full Access: Complete content library, weekly drops, virtual party library, Canva templates, and business tools.

  • Director Access: Everything in Full Access, plus early content access, director and unit templates, priority resource requests, and unit sharing permissions.

The Pink Post Community reserves the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.

The Pink Post Community reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of content, repeated policy violations, or conduct deemed harmful to the community. Membership terminations are not eligible for a refund, partial or otherwise, regardless of the remaining subscription period.
 

3. Content and Resources

Pink Post content is created for use within private groups and member communities. Members may personalize and modify certain content, such as newsletter and texting templates. The Pink Post Community is not liable for modifications made by members or outcomes stemming from those changes.
 

Sharing Policy

Pink Post content is intended for use in private groups only. If a member chooses to share content in a public space, photo credit to @thepinkpostcommunity is required. Public spaces include but are not limited to:

  • Facebook profiles or business pages

  • Instagram (personal or business accounts)

  • Pinterest

  • LinkedIn

  • TikTok

  • Any other public-facing post, website, or platform

Content shared in private spaces such as VIP customer groups, direct messages, private party groups, or unit groups does not require photo credit.

Sharing Pink Post content with non-members outside of the above guidelines is not permitted. Repeated violations of this policy may result in content being reported and further action taken, up to and including membership termination.

Director Access Sharing

Director Access members are granted unit sharing permissions, which allow sharing of designated resources with their unit members. This permission applies only to resources explicitly marked for unit sharing and does not extend to full library content. Unit sharing does not authorize distribution to non-members or public platforms beyond the guidelines stated above.
 

Go-Give Library

The Pink Post Go-Give Library contains free resources available to anyone. Graphics from the Go-Give Library may be shared publicly without a photo credit requirement. Go-Give content can be accessed at facebook.com/groups/thepinkpostgogive.

Members are prohibited from distributing unsolicited promotional materials, including spam, junk mail, or chain letters, using Pink Post materials. No manual or automated process may be used to monitor or copy material from the Website without authorization. The Website may not be used in a manner that breaches any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

The Pink Post Community is not responsible for exact color matching on screen proofs. Due to variations in monitor calibrations, colors on screen may not precisely reflect final output. The Pink Post Community will endeavor to closely match color gradients but cannot be held accountable for the final appearance of any color.
 

4. Payment and Refunds

Due to the immediate accessibility of our digital products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases made on thepinkpostcommunity.com. Subscription cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle through your account dashboard to avoid further charges.

The Pink Post Community assumes no responsibility for the management, utilization, or safeguarding of your billing details by third-party payment processors. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

By proceeding with any transaction, you affirm that you are legally authorized to use the designated payment method and that all information provided is accurate and complete. All prices are subject to change without notice and no adjustments will be made.
 

5. Intellectual Property

The Pink Post Community acknowledges and respects the copyright of all third-party images, logos, and products used within our content. While The Pink Post Community retains the creative design rights for the composition, organization, and presentation of our resources, we do not claim ownership over any copyrighted third-party materials included therein. Usage of these materials is exclusively for Pink Post members and may not be distributed outside the community without explicit permission.
 

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We adhere to standard privacy practices to protect your personal information. The Pink Post Community is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites utilized by this Website.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. This information helps us improve site performance and member experience. We use first-party cookies only and do not use third-party tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics.
 

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect only what we need to serve you well. Your information is used to:

  • Manage your membership and account access

  • Send emails you have opted into, including membership updates and marketing communications

  • Process payments securely through Stripe

  • Improve site functionality and member experience

  • Comply with applicable legal requirements
     

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may handle your data as part of delivering our membership:

  • Stripe: Payment processing. Your billing information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

  • Omnisend: Email marketing. Your email address and name are stored in Omnisend to deliver membership emails and updates.

  • Supabase: Membership data and content delivery. Member access and account information is stored securely in Supabase.

The Pink Post Community is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
 

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period following cancellation in order to resolve any outstanding issues, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@thepinkpostcommunity.com.
 

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your personal data

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
